Endoecological rehabilitation has become an integral part of health and spa treatment at DILUCH. To the immunologic indications characterizing the state of endointocsication according to publications can be related the following: morphological change in neutrophiles (presence of toxigenic granulation of degerative nuclei); neutropenia; shift to the left of nuclei of neutrophiles of degenerative character; reducing of phagocitic and adhesive activity of neutrophiles; morphological change in lymphocytes; monocytis; improvement of activity of alcaline phosphataz of neutrophiles. These criteria have been taken as basic in estimation of condition of endointoxication in children before and after treatment at health center.

60 children aged 10-16 have been under observation at Diluch. Basic pathology —chronic diseases of nasal cavity at the stage of remission. General blood test has been taken from all children before and after their stay at health center, activity of alcaline phosphataz of neutrophiles have been determined. The course of treatment included sanitation of chronic focal infection, massage, sea bathing, sun baths, thalassotherapy. Laboratory indications of endointoxication have not been revealed in 15 children before and in 35 after the course of treatment. One sign was before treatment in 28 people, after it in 14, two signs were indicated in12 people before treatment and in 10 after it.

Therefore, clinic improvement in abovementioned children is corroborated by laboratory indications characterizing the state of endointoxication.
